HIRING: Alarm Technicians
Technicians are responsible for the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of monitored alarms and alarm accessories. These technicians are frequently required to sit, stand, crouch, kneel, climb, and balance. Our Alarm technicians are required to provide their own tools.

Alarm Technician Tasks
  • Test backup batteries, keypad programming, sirens, and all security features in order to ensure proper functioning, and to diagnose malfunctions.
  • Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, and related equipment.
  • Examine systems to locate problems such as loose connections or broken insulation.
  • Demonstrate systems for customers, how to use alarm.com and explain details such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
